Windhorse is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Development Director to lead our fundraising efforts. This role will focus on donor engagement, major gifts cultivation, and securing the financial resources needed to sustain and grow our mission. Windhorse is currently in an exciting period of growth. We are wrapping up a capital campaign to purchase our leased property and will be embarking on a campaign to expand our facilities and our programs. This position will play a key role in ensuring that Windhorse youth empowerment programs can meet the mental health needs of kids in our community far into the future.
