Please give a warm welcome to our new Program Manager, Emma Morgan!
For as long as Emma can remember, she wanted to pursue a lifestyle that would allow her to share the transformative influence of horses and the peace that comes from connecting with nature and creation. Emma began her journey within equine assisted services in a small Ohio town in 2018 when she became a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor through PATH International. She soon headed West, hopping between Bozeman, Montana and Leadville, Colorado. Emma finally settled in Montana, as she followed a career path within adaptive horsemanship and furthered her education as a PATH Intl. Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator. She landed at Windhorse in the fall of 2024 and is eager to provide memorable and impactful experiences. It is her goal to serve the community well by creating a space where people feel welcome, seen, and cared for. When not at work, you will likely find her on the river hoping to land a big fish alongside her husband Zach, dreaming of powder days, or baking sourdough.
Emma’s responsibilities as the Program Manager will be teaching classes and camps, assisting in the barn and helping with communications and development. We are thrilled to have Emma join our team!
