Michelle Griffith
Michelle permanently relocated to Bozeman from Colorado in 2022. She holds an MBA, and has had a successful career in finance, product pricing, and strategic leadership. Most recently, she worked at FLIR Systems as the Senior Director of Corporate Product Strategy. She has also volunteered with several therapeutic riding programs, and served on the Board of Directors for a PATH-accredited therapeutic riding center in Colorado. Horses have been an integral part of Michelle’s life, and she continues to show and train show jumpers and dressage horses. Since she has witnessed first-hand how equine partnerships enhance physical and mental wellbeing, serving on the Board at Windhorse is a natural fit.
When not caring for her horses, dogs and cats, Michelle is usually hiking, mountain biking, or skiing. She is also an active volunteer for the Eagle Mount downhill ski program in Big Sky.
