Melody Justice, Chairman

Melody (Mel) grew up in Iowa and moved to Bozeman in 2022 with her husband Craig, after falling
in love with the area during a hiking and ski trip in 2021. Mel grew up showing American Quarter
Horses across the US and has never lost her love for horses nor the life lessons learned from these
incredible animals. Mel started her career as a clinical psychologist and then transitioned into Human
Resources: Organizational and Talent Development. During her free time, you will find her hiking,
biking, skiing, basically anything to enjoy the incredible Montana outdoors with her husband. When
moving to Bozeman, Mel wanted to give back to the community and immediately found Windhorse;
where her love of horses combined with her clinical psychology and HR background made joining
Windhorse as a board member and program volunteer the dream match! Mel is humbled to be part
of an organization that equips kids with skills to help them navigate their ever-changing world.
